Let’s start from the beginning

We enjoyed a wonderful pregnancy with Hania. I was feeling very well and in spite of discovering in the 20th gestational week, during one of the routine ultrasound tests, that the baby had shortened long bones, which probably indicated some type of skeletal dysplasia (at the beginning it was thought to be achondroplasia), it was a marvellous time for us.

So, on the 3rd of November 2008, at 11.38 Hania was born in the Sant Joan de Deu hospital in Barcelona. We have very beautiful memories from the labor. The midwife was very nice and everything went just great. I managed without the epidural just like I wanted. And then arrived the most beautiful moment of my life when I put Hania on my belly, that she just left a few seconds earlier!

Taka malutka! ¡Tan pequeñita! So little!

Taka głodna! ¡Tan hambrienta! So hungry!

Na podbój świata! ¡A por el mundo! To conquer the world!

My husband was excited to read about your family because he served a mission for our church in Poland for a couple of years and absolutely loves it there. We hope to go back someday.
